Description:

Description:

CipherNova is searching for a System Administrator with expert knowledge on IA issues for end users on multiple classifications of computer networks. Develops Certification and Accreditation documentation, standard operating procedures, policies and security instructions for both networked and stand-alone computer systems and provides oversight and guidance for multiple IAO's.   • Responsible for providing DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP)/ Risk Management Framework (RMF) support.
  • Responsible for supporting the IA Program to include but not limited to IA policy, procedures and regulations to assist with identifying potential IA issues. Provide monthly reports for IA training and certification status. Ensure all IA personnel have profiles in the Training and Certification Tracking System.
  • Responsible for ensuring and monitoring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures in assigned area.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and maintain systems and procedures to safeguard information systems, networks and databases.
  • Implements, enforces, communicates and develops security policies or plans for data, software applications, hardware, telecommunications and information systems security education/ awareness programs.
  • Establishes and satisfies system-wide information security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands.
Required Experience:
  • An Associate's degree in a computer related field, OR eight years' directly related experience in lieu of degree, OR equivalent technical certification
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security policy development, threat mitigation tactics and security deployments
  • Knowledge of and ability to interpret DoD and Army IA/Cyber Security Policies and Procedures
  • Knowledge of DIACAP/ Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Security+ Certification required
  • Must possess and maintain an IAM-I level certification as outlined in DoD 8570.1M
  • Current DoD security clearance is required

Description:

CipherNova is searching for several Java/Oracle Application Programmers to support multiple projects with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Real Estate Programs Office. This job entails working on one or more project teams in support of multiple Oracle-based information system used by the USACE Real Estate Programs Office. Successful individuals will be able to assist in the design, development, and testing of Java/Web applications, Oracle-based queries, database objects, PL/SQL-based functions and procedures, and XML-based data transfers, and, depending upon the project, Java programming, as well as assist in the documentation of each.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience:
  • Required:
    • At least 1-3 years experience in Java web application development using an Oracle database
    • At least 1-2 years experience with PL/SQL & Oracle packages & procedures
    • At least 1-2 years developing and/or maintaining web-based applications
  • Preferred:
    • 1-3 years experience with SAP Crystal Reports / Solutions and/or Oracle Reports.
    • Experience with a variety of Oracle developer case tools: SQL Developer, Toad, JDeveloper, NetBeans
    • At least some experience with database and process design, preferred,
    • Understanding of eXtensible Markup Language (XML) Schema and concepts preferred
    • Some experience with Web Service development - specifically Web Service Definition Language (WSDL)
Special Requirements/Certifications:

Candidates must have a U.S. Citizenship or the ability to obtain one and be able to pass a government background investigation.
